excellent stay with perfect service
spacious room fresh towels strong pressure
i found my room very spacious and well kept. housekeeping provided fresh towels daily and kept the room super clean. the shower was particularly good, offering strong water pressure.
the gym, while adequate, lacked some newer equipment.

the hotel features a large pool with plenty of sun loungers available. there is also a dedicated children's pool. the hotel's location is perfect as it provides easy access to the beach (just a short walk away).

the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the reception staff answered all my questions efficiently. the restaurant staff offered prompt and attentive service, and always with a smile.

fantastic getaway
room size great location
The room size was generous, I appreciated having extra space. The location was great, close to many shops and restaurants (everything was easily accessible). I particularly enjoyed the pool area. It had plenty of loungers. The clothes dryer was indeed a useful addition to the room.
The hotel emails i sent before my arrival didn't receive a response. It's frustrating when communication isn't prompt.

Breakfast had a brautiful selection available, a wonderful start to the day. The staff in the Xaloc restaurant were very attentive, this enhanced the whole dining experience a lot. I really appreciated this.

The room was very clean, that's definitely a huge plus. The air-conditioning worked perfectly. I was very pleased. The bed was comfortable. The bedroom decor was very nice.
